Water For Fuel Technology
IN BRIEF: The Water For Fuel systems use spare electricity from your cars alternator to generate Hydrogen and Oxygen gas from water. The Hydrogen and Oxygen is fed into the manifold of your vehicle. This technology has been developed into units (Hydrogen Fuel Cells - HFC) that are simple to install, easy to maintain, cheap to run and will save you money day after day, week after week, year after year, all the time prolonging the life of your engine, reducing polluting emissions and contributing to the long term survival of our planet. The HFCs have been specifically designed so that no modifications to a vehicles engine, computer or fuel injection systems are needed.

Water For Fuel systems reduce the volume of harmful pollutants your vehicle releases in to the atmosphere by up to 90%. HHO-Gas (often known as Brown’s Gas) is an innovation used to increase fuel mileage, increase power and improve emissions in petrol and diesel engines for cars, vans, HGV’s, generators, marine applications and all types of engines. The engine will not be totally dependent on water but will be a hybrid of sorts by utilizing water after it is broken down to HHO-Gas.

Hydrogen And Oxygen Injection
Hydrogen and Oxygen are generated, on demand, from water, using an electrolysis cell fitted to an alternator. The Hydrogen and Oxygen gas can be added to any internal combustion engine via the air inlet manifold, resulting in faster rates of initiation and subsequent propagation of flames across the whole combustion range. The enhancement of flame initiation and subsequent flame propagation reduces the Ignition delay and combustion period in both spark ignition (eg. Petrol) and compression ignition (eg. Diesel) engines. The chain reaction initiated by the Hydrogen and Oxygen will cause a simultaneous ignition of all the primary fuel. As it all ignites at once, no flame front can exist and without it there is no pressure wave to create knock. Unburned hydrocarbons, CO and NO, in the exhaust are either eliminated or drastically reduced and at the same R.P.M. the engine produces more torque from less fuel. The near absence of carbon monoxide and un-burnt hydrocarbons confirms a very complete and much faster burn. Cooler exhaust temperatures show that more work is taken out during the power stroke. More torque from less fuel at the same engine speeds verifies that higher pressure from a faster burn, acting through a longer effective power stroke, produces more torque and thus more work from less fuel. The enhanced fuel/air/hydrogen/oxygen mix burns up to 10 times faster however this rapid burn is so fast that the resulting power stroke and exhaust stroke will be much cooler, resulting in significantly less nitrous oxides (NOx) Reducing hydrocarbons and CO causes a slight rise in the percentage of CO2 in the exhaust, but as less fuel is used, the actual quantity of CO2 produced is reduced by roughly the same ratio as the savings in fuel. In brief, noxious gas is almost eliminated and greenhouse gas is decreased to very low levels.

HHO Gas Safety
First thing you have to understand is there are NO safety hazards - this system is SAFE.
Pure Hydrogen is dangerous. And it is dangerous to store it in high-pressure tanks. These systems does NOT generate Hydrogen, it generates HHO-Gas. The presence of Oxygen and water vapor in the system makes HHO very safe!
HHO is a powerful combustible gas. But it’s NOT explosive like pure Hydrogen. It does NOT need cooling and will be ignited only by the strong spark inside your engine. This has been proven by many thousands of miles of road tests in harsh weather and road conditions.
The power for a Water For Fuel system is taken from an ‘Ignition On’ supply. This means the cells will only work when the engine is running. HHO-Gas will not be produced when the engine is off.
To repeat; this system does NOT generate Hydrogen; it generates HHO-Gas. The system DOES NOT STORE THE HHO-Gas. All HHO-Gas produced is consumed by the engine right away. Bottom line: unlike “Hydrogen Cars” these systems are VERY SAFE.
